About the Role

Circana GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Executive to join our team. As a Client Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on our data solutions and services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects and initiatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a data or analytics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools, with the ability to analyze and present data insights to clients.
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
