Key Responsibilities- Category Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and margin for our categories, including assortment planning, pricing, and promotions.
- Supplier Negotiations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, negotiating deals and developing a supplier network that drives growth and profitability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and developments, using data to inform your decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Retail Media, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Hub Operations, to ensure growth and profitability.
- Optimization: Identify areas for optimization within category management and implement changes to drive business outcomes.
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience as a buyer, category manager, or key account manager in the food or non-food industry, preferably in dry goods.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a similar field.
- Skills: Demonstrable experience in making pragmatic decisions to achieve business outcomes, working proficiency in English and Dutch (C1 level).
- Learning and Development: Annual learning budget of €1000 and individual coaching options to support your growth and development.
