We are seeking a talented Team Manager to join our Executive Commitment Team in Germany. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth story forward.

About the Role

Our Executive Commitment Teams build a network with high-level decision-makers, such as CIOs and CISOs, by actively engaging them to join our invitation-only business network. Through personalized interactions, these teams understand the executives' interests, business needs, and strategic plans.

This tailored approach encourages executives to actively participate in the network, gaining access to exclusive events where they can connect with industry leaders and potential partners for their projects and challenges. They also benefit from valuable industry insights shared through keynote speakers and peer-to-peer networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our front-running B2B network delivered in a hybrid format of online and exclusive in-person events.
  • Lead the team by example, driving performance and targets while working over the phone.
  • Drive the organization to exponential growth, exploring ways to take our service to the next level.
  • Manage team members' performance by providing feedback, coaching, and rewarding success.
  • Communicate effectively and be a team player in all situations.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading a commercial sales or telemarketing team.
  • Drive to work in the front-line yourself, with a minimum of 50%-time allocation to own customer work.
  • The drive and flexibility to succeed within a dynamic environment.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to motivate and convince others.
  • A quick learner, with a genuine interest in technology, business trends, and current affairs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to do more than the minimum.
  • Excellent English and native-level German language skills.
  • Located in Berlin or Amsterdam.
