Ons bedrijf Recruit4Work S.L. zoekt een dynamische en commerciële professional voor de functie van Inside Sales Representative B2B. Als lid van ons team, zul je een cruciale rol spelen in het plannen van afspraken voor onze buitendienst/accountmanagers met prospects van onze klanten.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
  • De planning van afspraken voor onze buitendienst/accountmanagers met prospects van onze klanten
  • Het voeren van betekenisvolle en overtuigende telefoongesprekken met prospects
  • De beheerder van eigen projecten met een hoge mate van verantwoordelijkheid
  • De behoud van een proactieve en analytische benadering van klantinteracties
  • De behaalde doelstellingen halen en overtreffen in een doelgerichte werkomgeving
Kwalificaties:
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel gesproken als geschreven; Engels is een pluspunt
  • Een proactieve houding met commerciële overtuigingskracht en een analytische mindset
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met sterke klantenservice vaardigheden
  • Stressbestendig en gemotiveerd
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken met uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Geen moeite met werken in een doelgerichte cultuur
