Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute customer visits to understand their needs and develop tailored sealing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical proposals and quotations that meet customer requirements.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to optimize their operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Develop and implement sales targets and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- Proven technical experience in centrifugal pumps, agitators, or centrifugal compressors, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles and technical drawings.
- Excellent sales and business development skills, with a track record of driving growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- English language proficiency and a valid driving license.
