We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team in the Benelux region. As a key member of our consulting sales team, you will be responsible for proactively contacting prospects and clients to win new Oracle Consulting business and manage ongoing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and develop Oracle Consulting opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders across three groups: internal sales teams, external customer contacts, and partners/system integrators
- Act as an ambassador and escalation point for Oracle Consulting clients
- Work closely with consulting delivery teams to ensure successful implementations and repeat business
- Contribute to the go-to-market strategy with the consulting sales director
- Generate, communicate, and deliver sales documentation, account plans, and close plans
- Accurately forecast against plans and targets
- Generate proposals with a team of experts and manage the process end-to-end
- Present proposals to clients and manage them through the client approval process
- Understand and comply with sales processes, obtain management approval for proposals, and ensure contracts are legally compliant and commercially viable
- Manage execution of sales activities, including demos, POCs, and presentations
- Hand over responsibility for delivery to Consulting Delivery management and monitor delivery progress
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the IT professional services industry as an individual quota-carrying sales representative
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- The candidate must be based in The Netherlands
