Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Key Accounts Import. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and requests via various communication channels.
  • Work closely with the Customer Administration team and utilize ONE's growing range of customer self-service tools to deliver high-quality service.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on sector knowledge, company policies, and relevant rules and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • A competitive market-based salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year.
