Global Rewards Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily inquiries related to compensation matters.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee and HR-related compensation concerns.
- Assist in the annual review of salary adjustments.
- Evaluate and enhance compensation processes within the Workday system.
- Contribute to various Compensation & Benefits initiatives, including research, implementation, and communication, as well as maintaining and updating tools.
- Engage in salary benchmarking activities as required.
- Generate reports for management stakeholders.
- Oversee employee compensation management, which includes calculating eligibility, updating global presentations to meet relevant standards, and collaborating with regional Compensation, HR Operations, People Systems, and Payroll teams.
- Drive process improvements and simplification to enhance efficient compensation practices.
- Update and manage Rewards content on the Employee Service Center.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in human resources or employee compensation, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and logical thinker with a commitment to enhancing current processes.
- General knowledge of Workday or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively and making sound trade-offs when necessary.
