About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and partners across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping and supporting customers, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Spanish or Italian. Your native language is French.
In this position, you will work closely with our sales representatives, customers, and partners to ensure seamless order processing and administration. You will troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and utilize your technical knowledge to resolve customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to sales representatives, customers, and partners on order placement, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as a single point of contact for internal (IDEXX partners) and external clients, addressing their diverse needs and requests.
- Ensure optimal use of technology (Salesforce/SAP) to streamline processes and maximize client satisfaction.
- Engage in various back-office tasks and continuous learning to grow professionally.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders through effective communication.
- Work in a hybrid format, combining remote and office-based work.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in customer support or a related field.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce as the primary commercial tool and experience working in an international environment.
- Knowledge of commercial administrative processes and improvements.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and SAP.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Italian, with French as your native language.
