Assistant Team Lead Kitchen

Cycas Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Team Lead Kitchen to join our team at Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Keuken & Bar concept, providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Team Lead Kitchen in the overall organization of the kitchen and stewarding team
  • Prepare and cook simple dishes to serve to our guests
  • Perform preparatory work such as washing, cutting, and precooking
  • Supervise the work of the stewards and provide directions and instructions
  • Assess the quality of products to be used (freshness, shelf life), prepare utensils, and ensure all HACCP requirements are met

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
