Electrical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrification Service Sales Manager to join our team in The Netherlands. As a key member of our Electrification service group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective service sales and tendering strategies to increase our Installed Base penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service sales and tendering strategies to increase Installed Base penetration.
- Participate in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
- Ensure the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost-effective solutions to customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
- Obtain feedback on sales development, distribute resources for service sales activities, and report current market status.
- Manage a team of sales support and tendering resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in a field sales position, preferably in the energy technology sector.
- Management experience and excellent communication skills.
- Flexible attitude, as you will work within a 24/7 service department.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
