Job Description

Around €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour workweek.

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst who can build and maintain PowerBI dashboards for our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for anticipating and recognizing business needs, translating them into usable data visualizations, and providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting relevant data from our DataLake and creating interactive reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Prioritizing and specifying functional requirements, verifying and validating functional wishes and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Contributing to our data governance structure and ensuring data quality and integrity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Broad experience in working with PowerBI and knowledge about DAX programming language.
  • Familiarity with dimensional models and database structures.
  • An affinity for information technology, including AI/ML/BigData.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Dutch.
  • A results-oriented mindset and a true team player attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
