KWS SAAT SE, a leading seed company, is seeking an experienced Seed Industry Strategist to drive business development and growth in the global seed market. This role will be based in Europe and require frequent travel across NAFTA and Brazil.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural economics or business administration and experience in business development, agribusiness, or consulting. A university degree is required, and knowledge of MS Office and data management tools is essential.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and analytical skills, who can develop strategic plans and implement them effectively. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, and proficiency in English is a must. Additionally, you should be willing to travel up to 40% of your time.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience
