Execute the Instore Communication Strategy

Rituals is seeking a skilled Traffic Coordinator to execute the instore communication strategy for all our retail stores globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing our strategy to life on the shop floor, ensuring that our customers have an amazing experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, administrative tasks, and communications/marketing. You will be responsible for coordinating projects from translation to HR files and brief printers, facilitating the production of visual productions for instore printed related materials, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prices and translations are correct.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects from translation to HR files and brief printers.
  • Facilitate in the production of visual productions for instore printed related materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prices and translations are correct.
  • Actively engage with our external dtp studio, translation agency, and vendors.
  • Create clear and concise briefs for our printing partners.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as checking files, supporting Specialists, arranging purchase order numbers for invoicing, and answering questions/requests from local markets & stores.

Requirements

  • At least a few years of experience with project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Experience in Communications/Marketing and developed print materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
