We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at the Advanced Research Center for Nanolithography (ARCNL). As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will be part of our Contact Dynamics team, which focuses on understanding the physics and chemistry involved in current and future key technologies in nanolithography.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct wear experiments on a recently developed instrument to gain insight into the industrially relevant wear behavior.
- Develop and implement customized wear experiments in controllable environments to investigate the role of passivating species in the environment.
- Collaborate with our team to analyze and interpret the results of the experiments, with a focus on providing control over the wear behavior and its impact on positioning accuracy in nanolithography.
- PhD degree in physics or a related subject.
- Experience in using/developing instrumentation for mechanical/tribological testing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A stimulating international work environment with a diverse team of researchers from all over the globe.
