Corporate Lawyer Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer Specialist to join our team at Worldline Benelux Legal Team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the legal team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on preparatory documents;
- Drawing up and following up with concerned departments on preparations for board and shareholders' meetings;
- Preparing legal publications for nominations or resignations of board members, renewal of mandates, and changes in official government databases in coordination with external lawyers and publications in national registries of commerce in coordination with our external partners;
- Maintaining track of expiration dates of mandates of board members and auditors;
- Coordinating with finance for annual shareholders' meetings and mandate renewals of auditors;
- Verifying completeness of signed contracts and checking compliance with Worldline's Delegation of Authority policy;
- Filing corporate housekeeping documentation electronically and physically;
- Managing functional mailboxes and replying to requests for contract copies from internal colleagues;
- Handling invoices from law firms and other suppliers, including accuracy checks and follow-up on non-payment;
- Maintaining historical records of legal fees by supplier and case;
- Creating new suppliers in the internal system and preparing expense approval processes;
- Providing various administrative and organizational support, including receipt and dispatch of documents from bailiffs and managing access to shared drives;

Requirements- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in a corporate environment with company law reflexes;
- A relevant bachelor degree, e.g., Rechtspraktijk (with a passion for corporate law);
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus;
- Autonomous, highly organized, meticulous, and analytical mindset;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic multidisciplinary and multi-stakeholder environment;
- Ability to work under time constraints and pressure;
- Stress resilient;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products;
- Outstanding communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, flexible, and solution-driven attitude;
- Organized, methodical, with a keen eye for detail.
The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
