Change Management Business Consultant with Expertise in Digital Transformation

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Business Consultant to join our Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consulting Practice. This is a hybrid role with the possibility of travel to customer sites as needed.
This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial and passionate Change specialist who is ready for the next challenge in their career, working on important digital transformation engagements.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have demonstrable Management Consulting experience in leading and delivering change management programs across the entire change management lifecycle, serving in a consulting environment.
Key responsibilities include identifying and supporting internal OCM capability growth agenda, developing and implementing end-to-end change management programs, creating detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses, designing and implementing holistic communication plans, and monitoring adoption effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have strong change management analysis, design, facilitation, and execution skills in large-scale systems implementations and data & analytics programs.
A pro-active self-starter with excellent oral, written, and relationship-building skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels, is required.
Requirements
Demonstrable Management Consulting experience in leading and delivering change management programs across the entire change management lifecycle, serving in a consulting environment.
Ability to balance multiple initiatives concurrently such as delivery, proposals, pitches, capability development, and accurately in a dynamic environment.
Strong change management analysis, design, facilitation, and execution skills in large-scale systems implementations and data & analytics programs.
Possess a sales mindset, with the tenacity to help grow the OCM capability.
Deep expertise in Change Management and Target Operating Model Design principles.
A pro-active self-starter with excellent oral, written, and relationship-building skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
