Operational Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks that could impact our business.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct risk assessments across the organization to identify potential operational risks
- Develop and implement risk control measures to mitigate identified risks
- Provide expert opinions and recommendations to management on non-financial risk management issues
- Prepare and present detailed risk reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive a culture of security awareness and compliance
- Post HBO/Post Master degree in risk management or related field
- Professional risk management certifications (e.g. PRM, CRMP, CRISC, CIA, CRMA)
- Knowledge of (Enterprise) risk management frameworks and relevant regulations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven ability to assess control effectiveness, analyze complex issues, and drive results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
