Job Description

Chane is looking for a talented individual to join its Audit, Risk and Control Function. As a Senior/Manager Risk & Control, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls to mitigate identified risks.

You will work closely with the Head of Internal Audit, Risk & Control to support the mission of the Internal Audit Function. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Supporting the Head of Internal Audit, Risk & Control in executing coordinating and supporting functions for strategic/operational (department/terminal) risk assessments.
  • Assisting in creating and revising risk management and internal control policies to reflect changes in regulations, industry standards, or business operations.
  • Preparing risk management reports for senior management.

You will be part of a team that drives innovation and service offerings in storage, processing, logistics, and energy transition. We aim to develop multi-modal solutions in the supply chain for our customers, focusing on green vital products that facilitate the energy transition.

Education and Experience

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a comparable role in a related industry.
  • Maintains a high standard for recording risk activities in alignment with COSO/ISO 31000.
  • A Master's degree; additionally, a recognized professional qualification (e.g., Certified ISO 31000 Risk Management/CRMP).
  • Data-driven, with advanced computer skills in MS Office 365, data analysis, and visualization software.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and achieve consensus on actions to reduce risk.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
