About the Position:
We currently have an opening for a Senior Inventory Control Operator (ICO) within our Operations team:
Your role will involve optimizing warehouse operations to ensure minimal walking distances and reduced replenishment frequency. You will be tasked with logging, investigating, dispatching, and resolving service complaints. Additionally, you will coordinate, execute, and oversee daily inventory control operations while addressing and reporting all stock-related concerns.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Calculating and analyzing departmental KPIs
- Assessing and managing data pertinent to the bin management process
- Providing analytical support related to operational activities
- Logging, investigating, dispatching, and resolving service complaints in accordance with targets
- Actively engaging in inventory control projects
- Prioritizing daily tasks effectively
- Identifying workflow enhancements
- Investigating, reconciling, reporting, and analyzing stock discrepancies
- Managing and scrapping inventory nearing expiration
- Addressing and reporting discrepancies from sending plants
- Handling products in compliance with quality standards
- Ensuring adherence to training and certification requirements
- Providing comprehensive support as needed

- Educational background: MBO III level or equivalent experience
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
- Experience in a warehouse setting
