Job Title: Brand Manager for Stryker's Trauma Division in Europe

Stryker European Operations Limited - Dutch Branch Office is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team in Europe. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving market share growth through the formulation and execution of effective, strategic, marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual and long-range strategies for the Trauma product portfolio in Europe to achieve required growth, profit, and market share targets.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences in relation to our Trauma portfolio and use these insights to fuel the development of value-focused messaging strategies.
  • Work closely with local Marketing teams to lead downstream execution and drive market share gain, while contributing to upstream marketing initiatives.
  • Create and distribute scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Education Manager to identify education, brand experience, and customer engagement opportunities for both internal and external audiences.
  • Develop trust and strong relationships with the European Trauma & Extremities (T&E) Leadership Team, Local Marketers, Sales Teams, internal stakeholders, and key customers (KOLs).
  • Coach and guide interns within the group.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Science, Economics, or any relevant field.
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience, with a significant portion in the MedTech/healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in leading successful marketing projects, including marketing plans, product launches, campaigns, etc.
  • Strong track record as a leader of cross-functional projects, with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional and cross-geographical relationships.
  • Broad experience in supporting the sales force and customer-facing activities in the field.
  • Proven track record of analysis of key customer and competition trends.
  • Proven commercialization of products to drive growth.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is required, with an additional European language a plus.
  • Travel percentage: 30%.
