About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our Brand & Creative team at Bloom & Wild. As a Senior Copywriter, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling brand copy that resonates with our customers and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a brand voice strategy that aligns with our tone of voice and brand guidelines
  • Write high-quality copy for various channels, including product descriptions, social media, and email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to deliver best-in-class brand storytelling and visual content
  • Lead and contribute to idea workshops, encouraging creative thinking and refining ideas in alignment with our brand values
  • Work closely with the Product, Range, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure copy is aligned with business objectives and customer needs
  • Facilitate the translation and transcreation of copy, working with International freelance writers and Country Marketing Teams to ensure effective adaptation for each market
  • Adopt a test-and-learn mentality, working with relevant teams to design measurable copy tests and optimize communications
  • Help define processes to effectively deliver quality creative in a fast-paced environment, exploring and implementing AI tools to improve results and deliver at scale
Requirements
  • 5+ years of copywriting experience, either in-house or in agency
  • Experience writing for ecommerce or D2C brands
  • Experience working collaboratively with creatives and designers to create work that inspires and engages
  • Experience working with Figma and Asana (our project management tool)
