Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and other staff members, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing facilities and office equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and maintaining a clean and organized office space.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management by monitoring office expenses, tracking invoices, and preparing financial reports.
