Circulatory Innovation Manager

As a key figure in our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative production processes at our suppliers' factories and our own locations. With your technical expertise, you will be able to understand complex problems and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget management: carefully managing and monitoring the project budget.
  • Planning: creating and monitoring detailed project plans.
  • Guiding the engineering process: actively participating in the engineering process and instructing third parties.
  • Organizing all related documentation such as CE, HAZOP, manuals, etc.
  • Setting up and implementing maintenance programs.
  • Informing stakeholders: discussing progress.
  • Reviewing supplier contracts and ensuring compliance.

You will work closely with various stakeholders such as engineers, suppliers, and HSE coordinators, involved in all phases of the project, from feasibility studies to final delivery and handover.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field (food, chemical, mechanical).
  • Minimum 5 year work experience in technical projects.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders at different levels.
  • Likes a healthy challenge and has a can-do attitude.
  • Actively drives technical and organisational improvements next to delivering his/her projects.

The ideal candidate has successfully managed complex technical (capex) projects; operational experience in an industrial environment is a plus. They have experience with process safety as well as food safety, excellent communication skills, and feel comfortable operating in multiple countries and cultures. A salary between €4200 and €6150 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek is offered, along with 8% holiday pay, 30 vacation days, and other benefits.
