Join Kraton's Finance Team as a Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at Kraton. As a key member of our FP&A Finance team, you will provide financial support to our finance director, ensuring best-in-class financial processes and financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly forecasts, quarterly board decks, and annual budgets.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis of company performance against historical, budgeted, and forecasted results.
  • Assist in the management of our corporate financial forecasting model.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly Board of Director presentations and quarterly and annual public filings.
  • Perform ad-hoc reports and special projects as requested.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting policies and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • SAP experience (FI/COPA/BI) is preferred.
  • Experience with BPC is a plus.
  • Strong financial analysis and cost accounting experience is preferred.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid judgment and decision-making skills.

Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from an accredited college or university.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or MBA is a plus.
