About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our FP&A team, you'll play a crucial role in examining current and future business operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to FP&A processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current business processes and uncover risks and opportunities for improvement and streamlining.
  • Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting actuals, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data, transforming it into valuable insights and determining the most effective way to showcase it.
  • Work closely with and provide support to the Business Controller in reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance.
  • Experience in finance, preferably with a background in Accounting or Business Control.
  • Ideal candidate has a second or third career step, looking for widening their business scope.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data collection, processing, and visualization.
  • Ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Tableau (or other BI tool), data tooling, Business Central.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
