Job Overview

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
 Engages in comprehensive and varied technical tasks including the design, production, and operation of structures, machinery, and systems while executing projects across diverse areas of focus.


KEY FUNCTIONS

Innovates new products, eliminates obstacles to achieving goals, and delivers managerial and technical assistance to support colleagues in fulfilling their assigned responsibilities. Conducts thorough and conceptually related analyses to tackle technical challenges, particularly those that are complex, require unconventional solutions, and demand advanced research methodologies. Contributes significant inventions, new designs, or methodologies that are crucial in addressing specific challenges. Stays informed about emerging scientific methods and advancements that impact the organization, with the aim of suggesting modifications in program focus or new design initiatives warranted by such advancements. Collaborates closely with clients and suppliers to define and develop innovative technologies and products. Oversees multiple product development initiatives to ensure the timely introduction of new or enhanced products that fulfill user requirements. Performs additional related duties and responsibilities as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Educational background and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field with six years of relevant experience, a Master's Degree with four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required for this role. Ability to independently apply analytical skills and scientific principles in problem-solving and development. Proficient computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other relevant software applications. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
