Job Title: Global Director of Customer Excellence

We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Global Head of the Customer Excellence team for a global leader in independent energy storage terminals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an account management strategy that ensures high-quality service for clients while adhering to regional regulations and cultural nuances.
  • Coach the international team of CS Managers on adhering to organizational principles and strategies.
  • Lead and inspire the global customer service team to create a client-centric culture.
  • Enhance the overall experience by improving satisfaction through feedback analytics.
  • Liaise with the VP of Commercial to provide data-driven decision-making for revenue growth.
  • Resolve conflicts and adjust processes to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Meet with key clients to meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in customer excellence, account management, or a similar field in a global organization.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects and challenges of the energy sector.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field. A higher level degree is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in multicultural team management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making.
  • Fluent in English required, Dutch preferred.
Offer:

The gross annual salary for this position will be determined based on experience and skillset, ranging from € to € including holiday pay. Additional bonus and incentives will be discussed during the interview process.
