We are seeking a seasoned Business Development & Sales Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key player in our commercial development strategy, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and deepening strategic relationships with existing clients.



Main Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a commercial plan to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships with existing clients
  • Manage revenues with existing and new clients by leveraging the value proposition of ELITE's products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders at the management level
  • Support the development of a structured Relationship Management model to ensure continuous engagement with paying members
  • Work closely with Product Teams to coordinate product proposition and facilitate go-to-market/distribution
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the Netherlands, including banks, corporates, government, and institutional bodies


Your Profile


  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development with a proven track record
  • Corporate Finance background
  • Strong commercial and relational skills, with analytical and structured working style
  • Team player with a proactive approach, pragmatic, customer-oriented, and numbers-driven
  • Strong communicator and leader, with rigorous project management skills
  • Pan-European business experience, with proficiency in Dutch and English, and any other European language a plus
