About the Role
Dyson is a unique technology enterprise that pioneers innovative solutions to solve complex problems. As the EMEA Marketplaces Merchandising Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in the region by developing winning plans and optimizing consumer journeys across marketplaces.
About You
We are looking for an experienced merchandiser/trade marketer who can take on a challenging role and drive business growth. You will be responsible for delivering gre, on-brand experiences for consumers on our regional key accounts, planning and executing media plans, and managing SKU set up and planning.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver gre, on-brand experiences for consumers on our regional key accounts
- Plan and execute media plans to deliver incremental revenue at an efficient ROAS
- Manage SKU set up and planning to maximize sell-out
- Ensure Dyson brand guidelines are met on marketplace partners
- Work with account teams on planning for key events
- Test and evaluate A/B testing roadmap
- Optimize content for SEO
- Build collaborative partnerships with external marketplaces partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years of commercial hands-on experience in consumer journeys in a digital setting
- Experience in managing budgets and spend planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Experience working with CMS and merchandising tools
- Experience in managing a matrixed structure
- Energized by commercial challenges and delivering plans in a fast-paced dynamic environment
