Job Description:We seek an experienced Process Innovation Architect to spearhead the technological evolution of our processes in the shipbuilding value chain. The ideal candidate will implement innovative strategies leveraging emerging technologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Digital Engineering, and Industry 4.0.
This role involves collaborating with internal specialists, overseeing projects to integrate innovative solutions into process development while mitigating risks. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive innovation strategies, creating roadmaps with clear goals and timelines, managing budgets, resources, and adherence to project schedules.
You will also act as a first-line technical contributor to the process development team, providing direct technical expertise and insights. Developing integration plans for seamless incorporation of innovative technologies into existing systems and practices is another key responsibility.
This position requires you to champion the adoption of new technologies in the design process and practices by guiding engineering teams. Additionally, you will lead and oversee research and development projects to validate innovative solutions.
Fostering a culture of innovation by organizing workshops, brainstorms, and knowledge-sharing events is essential for this role.
Requirements:- A minimum of 10 years of experience leading or contributing to research, development, and innovation projects, preferably in the naval or maritime engineering domain
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Good references and antecedents; pre-employment security screening applies
- Possession of permanent EU citizenship and passport required; candidates with non-EU passports/nationalities not eligible
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 27 holidays and 13 ADV days
- Travel allowance of 23 cents per kilometre
