Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer - MEMS Foundry
About the Role:
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer in our MEMS Foundry, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of our high-tech semiconductor process equipment. You will work closely with your department colleagues to maintain equipment in various clusters, including PVD, PECVD, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including root cause analysis, maintenance planning, and evaluation.
- Act proactively to prevent equipment malfunction and ensure timely spare part ordering.
- Collaborate with equipment owners and operations technicians to optimize maintenance planning and execution.
- Participate in crash teams for complex machine/process failures and Kaizen improvement teams.
