About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a Medical Equipment Technician. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our medical equipment in laboratories, general practitioner practices, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to our clients, addressing any issues that arise with our medical equipment.
  • Collaborate with our team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, identifying the root cause and implementing solutions to restore equipment functionality.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and documentation of work performed, ensuring accurate and transparent communication with clients.
  • Work closely with our clients to provide valuable guidance on equipment usage and maintenance, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive exceptional customer service.
  • Adhere to strict safety standards and regulations, upholding the highest quality of care for patients and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • A degree in engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in technical principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in servicing and maintaining medical equipment, preferably in laboratory settings, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • A good command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A valid driving license (B) and the ability to travel to client sites as required.
