As a member of the Customer Support Services team, the Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. This position involves delivering post-implementation support for our extensive software solutions tailored for diverse enterprises. Given the complexity and customization of our platform, each client’s experience is unique, requiring a tailored approach to support.
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for accurately assessing and managing client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions, including technical expertise, configuration adjustments, and development assistance. Additional responsibilities may include offering product refreshers and coaching sessions to enhance client knowledge and usage of our software.
Key Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist:
Deliver expert consulting services to eVision clients Design, configure, test, and implement enhancements for client-specific solutions Lead client meetings focusing on technical guidance, subject matter expertise, and troubleshooting Adhere to established Service Level Agreements Evaluate technical feasibility and provide estimates for proposed solutions Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction Follow support processes and best practices while maintaining comprehensive documentation Engage in personal career development and continuous improvement initiatives Provide proactive reporting to the Support Manager Update the knowledge base and create new documentation as needed Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to enhance product offerings Comply with internal reporting protocols and guidelinesQualifications Required for eVision Industry Software B.V.:
A minimum of a 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience in a software-related field Proficiency in at least one programming language Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C, C++, VB, and .NET Understanding of database design principles Fluency in English is essentialWhat We Offer at eVision Industry Software B.V.:
