At Hunkemöller, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Wholesale Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wholesale business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional back-office sales support to our wholesale accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and sales data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our wholesale partners, as well as internal stakeholders such as marketing, buying, and logistics.
- Monitor and report on sales, marketing, and promotions performance, including exclusive collaborations.
- Manage product allocation, process preorders and reorders, and maintain stock and order management.
- Collaborate with logistics to arrange shipments and ensure purchase order details are accurate.
- Ensure quarterly orderbooks are complete and processed in our ERP system, confirmed to wholesale partners, and purchase orders are processed internally.
- Develop and implement in-season sell-through strategies and identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare for the buying season, including showroom preparation and assortment overviews.
- Passion for E-Commerce and/or wholesale, with experience in sales support (B2B) functions.
- Enthusiasm for a challenge and a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) and ability to build relationships and optimize commercial insights.
- Analytical thinking and high numeracy, with the ability to work flexibly and independently within deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with skills in maintaining and improving spreadsheets, data validation, and analysis.
