As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading our sales efforts, building and maintaining a high-performing sales department, and ensuring our sales pipeline is always buzzing with opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Drive Business Growth: Lead the charge to grow revenue by at least 50% year-on-year.
- Supercharge Sales Processes: Build and maintain a high-performing sales department by implementing and adhering to proven sales strategies.
- Keep the Pipeline Humming: Ensure our sales pipeline is always buzzing with opportunities.
Who You Are
- You've got at least 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a solid track record in a relevant industry.
- Proven entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for innovation and strategic growth.
- Deep knowledge of content creation, familiarity with generative AI, and insight into industry dynamics for effective strategic planning and innovation.
- Leadership is your middle name, and you know how to manage a team like a champ.
- You're a master at navigating the complexities of selling to large, multinational enterprises.
- You've got strong analytical skills, with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Your communication and interpersonal skills are finely turned, making collaboration a breeze.
- CRM systems and sales automation tools? You're all over them.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
