As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for driving profitable growth initiatives, in alignment with our region's Strategy and Commercial leaders. You will own the portfolio creation and management in your domain, with the goal of long-term customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, market share and profitability across our portfolio of offerings, including 3rd party.

You will manage all solutions, products and services assigned to you in a responsible manner over the entire life cycle for assigned countries in close collaboration with country business leadership. You will provide direct sales support as a first expert point of contact for special solutions / requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage solutions, products and services assigned to you in a responsible manner over the entire life cycle for assigned countries
  • Provide direct sales support as a first expert point of contact for special solutions / requirements
  • Support the maintenance, design, development and distribution of sales and marketing support material, training and technical documentation jointly with the marketing department

Requirements:

  • Experience in CCTV or Access Controls or Intrusion Detection (Security)
  • Previous experience in Sales role
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office
  • High degree of self-initiative and flexibility
  • Target- and results-oriented working
  • Assertiveness and high degree of self-confidence
  • Good self-management and structured approach
  • Good knowledge in project and time management

Education:

  • Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Marketing, or similar
  • Technical Background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Familiarity with country business processes and countries specific regulation
