Circular Feedstocks Business Development Specialist

Braskem, a leading chemical and petrochemical company, is seeking a skilled professional to drive the development of new alternative feedstock sources that support its sustainability and circularity roadmap. As a Circular Feedstocks Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in establishing long-term relationships with players in the sustainable feedstock market, translating market trends into business opportunities, and catalyzing initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sustainable feedstock strategy aligned with Braskem's strategic pillars and circular economy goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key feedstock partners, suppliers, and project developers to ensure a competitive and sustainable feedstock supply.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the biofeedstock and circular economy markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable sourcing initiatives throughout the supply chain.
- Support Braskem's Marco Objectives related to sustainable feedstock and carbon reduction, and contribute to the company's advocacy positioning on sustainable feedstock.
- Strong knowledge of the oil, gas, and petrochemical market, including supply and demand trends and product applications.
- Understanding of the circular and biofeedstock markets, including technologies and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think creatively to drive business growth and innovation.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
