As a Circular Feedstocks Business Development specialist, you will play a critical role in establishing long-term relationships with players in the sustainable feedstock market, translating market trends into business opportunities, and catalyzing initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sustainable feedstock strategy aligned with Braskem's strategic pillars and circular economy goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key feedstock partners, suppliers, and project developers to ensure a competitive and sustainable feedstock supply.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the biofeedstock and circular economy markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Innovation & Technology, External Affairs, Sustainable Development, and Corporate Strategy, to drive initiatives and projects that support Braskem's sustainability and circularity objectives.
- Work closely with Braskem's Carbon Desk to explore synergies between the company's carbon exposure and alternative feedstock developments.
- Strong knowledge of the oil, gas, and petrochemical market, including supply and demand trends and product applications.
- Understanding of the circular and biofeedstock markets, including technologies and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
