We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Manager FX to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a Process Excellence Manager FX, you will be responsible for improving the performance of our Global Markets Foreign Exchange (FX) propositions, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process excellence initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the FX value chain.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including mapping current state processes, mapping future state processes, and implementing process changes.
- Provide advice to relevant internal and external stakeholders, primarily FX Sales, and promote change through proposed solutions.
You will be part of the FX Value Chain team, which is responsible for implementing the strategy for FX. The team consists of 1 Lead Product Owner and 6 Process managers, and you will report to the Lead Product Owner.
Requirements- Lean or Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience in Lean projects with proven impact.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and consultancy skills.
- Curious and learning mindset, proactive and adaptive attitude, and getting things done mentality.
- Able to coach less experienced colleagues, excellent communicator, and natural informal leader.
- Outgoing personality who can act on several levels and experienced sparring partner for senior management.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, speaking and writing.
- Gross monthly salary (max. Eur. displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. 40-hour workweek is also possible.
- Benefit Budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which can be accumulated up to € 3,000.
