The Manager Business Process Excellence Wholesale will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, enhancing wholesale customer satisfaction, and optimizing conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve On Time, in Full (OTIF) performance for Wholesale partners.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to establish transparency regarding wholesale logistics costs.
  • Enable fact-based decision-making by creating analytics frameworks to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Refine and standardize wholesale supply chain processes to align with customer hierarchy, company priorities, and supply chain capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in SCM, Sales, Finance, or Analytics departments.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
