OTC Flow is a leading environmental commodity trading company with a strong presence in the market. We provide trading liquidity in a broad range of financial-environmental instruments.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trader to join our expanding sales trading team based in Amsterdam. As a Sales Trader, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying trade opportunities, and executing trades.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively build and maintain relationships with clients through direct prospecting and networking;
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and identify trade opportunities;
- Support in executing trades and providing daily pricing and insights to market actors;
- Monitor markets and stay updated on financial news and developments;
- Stay informed about the products being traded and current on new products and procedures;
- Be responsible for achieving revenue targets and promoting OTC Flow's services to increase market share.
- At least a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field;
- Experience in a sales or business development role (at least internships);
- Native-level proficiency in Swedish or Danish; excellent English is also required;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, a commercial attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit;
- Dedicated to achieving high targets early in your professional career;
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, proactive, resilient, and ambitious.
