About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our DevOps team as a Digital Training & Adoption Intern. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying digital communication solutions that enhance the user experience and drive adoption of our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive digital communication strategy to ensure effective communication with end-users
- Design and deploy in-app communication functionality to facilitate seamless user interactions
- Investigate and implement digital adoption platform solutions to streamline onboarding and increase user adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and roll out in-app training programs
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital communication needs
- A competitive internship allowance of €525 per month
- Travel compensation for public transportation
- Paid holidays for each internship term
- Two weeks of remote working anywhere in Europe
- The opportunity to learn from experienced DevOps professionals
- Enrolled in a MSc program in Learning & Development, HR, Change Management, Communications, or a related field
- Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in English
- Structured approach, driven personality, excellent communication and people skills
- Commitment to dedicating at least 4 months to this internship
- Availability to work 4 days per week, including 3 days in-office and 1 day remotely
