Job Description
  • We seek a Store Manager who will drive business results by managing the store efficiently, meeting revenue and sales targets, and effectively leading the sales team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a flawless store image, supported by visual merchandising guidelines, and ensuring excellent customer service and loyalty.
  • This role requires strategic thinking, people management, and problem-solving skills to drive sales performance and optimize store costs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Proven quality sales skills (KPIs), receiving periodic sales targets, and implementing strategies to achieve them.
  • Team Leadership: Monitor and evaluate team performance, suggesting personal development programs, and motivating the team through regular briefings.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, manage work shift planning, and maintain adequate coverage.
  • Administrative Procedures: Manage administrative procedures, monitor and optimize store costs, and participate in warehouse organization and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Computer skills (Office package and cash management systems).
  • Fluent English and Dutch (required); Italian is a plus.
  • Experience gained in a similar role in structured retail companies.
  • Commercial knowledge, people-oriented, and willingness to do a training in Italy.
