Senior Product Control Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Control Operations Specialist to join our team at ING. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Product Control Reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze issues experienced in the reporting process and initiate solutions to improve timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
- Liaise with colleagues from Trading Risk Management, ING Hubs, and Tech to create an environment of virtuous improvement and implement metrics to monitor performance.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Derivatives products and Financial Risk drivers, as well as Data flows and improvement initiatives.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in Financial Markets, Market Risk, and Operations environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive operational excellence.
- Pro-active, creative, and out-of-the-box thinker with excellent communication skills.
