About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Markets Reporting Specialist to join our team at ING. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring Product Control Reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze issues experienced in the reporting process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Initiate the implementation of solutions to address weaknesses in the reporting process.
  • Liaise with colleagues from Trading Risk Management, ING Hubs, and Tech to create an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Implement metrics to monitor the performance of the reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the Financial Markets, Market Risk, or Operations environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Derivatives products and Financial Risk drivers.
  • Experience in Data analytics, Robotics, or Alteryx is a plus.
