We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Front Office Ambassador to join our team at Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with our hotel's management team to ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded;
  • Work collaboratively with our hotel's management team to achieve high standards of quality and service;
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless operations;
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in our reception area;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service;
  • Familiarity with Opera IT system (an advantage);
  • Fluent written and spoken English language; preferably Dutch language as well;
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of between €2,419 and €2,929 per month, based on scale 5 of the Collective Labour Agreement for the Dutch hospitality and catering industry. Additional benefits include:

  • 25 leave days and time off for any overtime;

  • Night-shift allowance of 20% and Sunday allowance of 5%;
