Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
- Completed MBO or HBO education in Commercial Economics or a related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a sales or account management role
- Sociable and able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Affinity with technology and ability to learn new systems and processes
- Creative and innovative approach to business development
- Driven and ambitious sales professional with a passion for growth and development
- Empathy and ability to understand customer needs and preferences
