Retail Operations Manager for Premium Fashion Brands

As a Retail Operations Manager with PVH, you will play a key role in driving the success of our premium fashion brands, including Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Our stores are the lifeblood of our business, serving as the primary touchpoints with our ever-evolving consumer base.

The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead by example, embracing our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspiring their team through passion and belief in our brands. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Elevating the efficiency of the shop floor to achieve exceptional customer service, sales, and profit levels.
- Supporting the management team in managing personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes, and results for their store.
- Communicating daily with staff on individual sales goals, key performance indicators, store results, product sales, and other critical information to ensure unparalleled service and achievement.
- Conducting 'one-minute meetings' at employees' shift ends, summarizing their performance results, providing constructive feedback, and recognition.
- Executing and modeling company-established best practices in Customer Service, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Point of Sale.
- Achieving company standards/goals for personal sales results: sales vs. budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
- Responding to and communicating with the Store Manager on all competitors, community information that could impact company business.
- Focusing staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers.
- Analyzing store-level reports and creating action plans to improve results.
- Effectively communicating with the Store Manager regarding day-to-day operational issues of the store.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- A proven track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
- Previous people management experience and the ability to act with purpose to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
- Effective communication skills, enabling you to cultivate belonging among colleagues.
- A collaborative mindset, recognizing and celebrating the contributions and achievements of others.
- Courage in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
- The ability to adapt quickly and work at pace.
- Energy and inspiration, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
- A 'can-do' approach, making informed decisions to find in-store solutions.

Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
