As a Store Operations Manager at PVH, you will play a key role in driving sales, profit, and customer satisfaction in our stores. You will lead by example, embracing our entrepreneurial spirit and inspiring your teams through your passion and belief in our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead store teams to generate sales, profit, and minimize losses while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration with others.
  • Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
  • Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding between VM and store teams.
  • Partner with store management to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.
  • Focus staff on quality relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring accountability for building a repeat customer base.
  • Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
  • Communicate with the Store Manager on sales drivers and discuss issues/priorities to develop strategies to maximize business.
  • Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
  • Assist with manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions, including possible successors.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings.
  • Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, key performance expectations, sales results, and provide guidance on improving performance.
  • Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results.

You:

  • Connect with consumers and have a previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
  • Have previous people management experience and act with purpose to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements.
  • Be an effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging.
  • Collaborate to win and recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others.
  • Be courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
  • Adapt fast and work with pace.
  • Show a clear presence on the shop floor and inspire trust.
  • Approach all issues with a 'can do' attitude and make informed decisions to find in-store solutions.
